What do I enjoy most about tutoring? π
I greatly enjoy tutoring as I am given the opportunity to help students achieve their best and inspire them on a personal and academic level. It excites me to see how energetic a student becomes as soon as they understand a topic they initially struggled with. The determination and enthusiasm that stirs within a student is heart-warming. It brings me such a sense of joy to gain insight into my students views and opinions about certain concepts and knowledge content. It is especially rewarding when you physically get to see how your efforts helped improve a students mark on a test or report. The smile I get to see on each and every student's face as to how proud they are of themselves is really all the matters at the end of the day.My Strengths as Tutor πͺ
As an educator and mentor it is very important that I make sure that each and everyone of my students are able to learn as well as enjoy the process of learning a concept or topic. I believe one of my biggest strengths is being able to do this effectively and efficiently. I adhere to all learning styles while teaching. I present my students with a wide variety of methods to solving problems while teaching. I think itβs important to be open minded and teach my students that there is always more than one way to do things and learn. Through previous years of tutoring, I have attain the skill and experience to coach students to understand and grasp concepts no matter their learning pace/capacity and skill level.Most important things I can do for a student π
There are a lot of qualities that go into being a good tutor. I believe some of the most important skills for the field is patience and communication. As I am working with students and their respective area of difficulty in learning, it is important and a priority for myself to approach any circumstances with patience at all times. This is an aspect of learning that will allow a student to reach he/her's highest potential and doing it with patience and communication gives my students the greatest opportunity in achieving their best.
