What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

From my past experiences in tutoring, what I find most enjoyable is that excited look a student gets when a concept has finally "clicked" with them. I enjoy the process of guiding a student through an idea for them to come out confident with their understanding of the idea.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I am very patient, which is crucial in giving students time to understand concepts and to not make them feel as if they should have 'figured it out by now'. I am also a problem solver, which is crucial for being able to change my style of explanation to fit each student's way of understanding.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

I believe the most important thing a tutor can do for a student is to provide them with confidence in themselves to understand and learn new work, such they find an enjoyment for the work they are learning. I believe a tutor should not be someone that a student relies on, but rather someone that a student uses for extra help.
