I feel rewarded when I help people achieve great things, and also it's amazing to meet new people and put myself in new situations to bring challenges to myself.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

I personally think that giving encouragement and support is the most important attribute as a tutor. A teacher should know how to emotionally and mentally understand the student and guide them in the way that is right for them. Analysing and understanding the student's strengths and weaknesses should come first, which then allows to come up with a strategy to accelerate student learning and plan in steps on how to change the weak points into strengths.
