What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
I truly enjoy witnessing the student transformation journey; seeing students progress academically, achieve their full potential and then go on to achieve bigger things.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
I can quickly identify a student's strengths and weaknesses. By identifying their strengths, I can teach to the student's strengths, helping them become more confident in the subject matter. I also strategically help the student overcome challenging areas by developing a tailored learning plan which addresses the weak spots.
I spend some time getting to know my students and their interests, so that I can draw practical examples aligned to the student's interests, which help them connect the dots. This way I can ensure all my students are engaged at all times.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
A tutor can transform a student's life by helping them become more confident in their academic career, which inevitably improves general confidence. Further, a tutor provides mentoring and coaching as experts in their field which a student can carry with them beyond school, ensuring they are set up for success in their chosen field. I believe a great tutor can truly personalise the learning experience for the student. An exceptional tutor can do so by applying the student's interests to the subject material, thereby keeping them engaged throughout the learning process.
