What do I enjoy most about tutoring? π
Tutoring is a fantastic and inspirational career, and we inspire and encourage the students with whom we work every day. Children frequently feel more at ease when they are with someone with whom they can laugh - someone who makes learning pleasurable and in whom they can put their faith. This, in turn, aids in the development of their own self-awareness, confidence, and self-belief.
My Strengths as Tutor πͺ
To be honest, I don't know. This is my first time applying for a job. I've never taught before, and while I have certain expectations and a fair idea of the work, I'm not sure how I'd perform in a real classroom situation. I feel I need to do the work first, at least for a few weeks, to discover where I shine in teaching and where I need to develop. Certainly, I will not excel in all areas, and it is a processβone does not become an exceptional teacher just by receiving a degree. We require to practice and a drive to always enhance our abilities.
Most important things I can do for a student π
A good tutor aims to develop a student who no longer needs aid, so they inculcate executive study abilities that will benefit the student both academically and in life. Being a great student requires skills such as organisation, task initiation, attention, and time management. To develop confident, self-sufficient learners, tutors should focus on these abilities as well as the curriculum.
