What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I enjoy tutoring because I can focus on a smaller group of student or one-on-one where I can better support the child's learning. I enjoy the fact that I can spent a decent amount of time with children, unlike in a classroom setting where I have much bigger group to manage. I like to also improve my ability to better pinpoint and personalise learning for individual children.

My strength as a tutor is to implement hands-on and also technology to cater for different learning styles. Given I also speak Chinese, I can converse to children who has language barrier too.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

The most important things a tutor can do for a student is to consistently follow through the child's progress promptly and responsibly. In addition to this, it is important for children who attend tuition to understand that they are capable of achieving good results if they put in the effort and have the heart to study. It is about instilling the mindset of taking self-initiative in learning.
