When I’m teaching a student and that get the lightbulb moment, when everything clicks into place and they understand. To watch them go from struggling to flying through questions that’s the best bit for me. To see how their confidence and motivation increases is a great feeling!My Strengths as Tutor 💪
I am very patient and will repeat things as many times as it takes for the student to understand. I can do this by also trying to think of alternative ways of explaining it to help the student understand. I understand that each student has a unique way of learning so I will try and find a technique that works for them and tailor the lessons around this.Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
Give them the confidence. From my previous experience children struggle more in believing in their own capabilities that actually having the necessary abilities.
