What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

Reflecting on my time in middle and high school, I learned a lot from someone who not only helped me focus on the core curriculum but also painted a picture as to how what I am learning can benefit my development and career. That helped me stay focused on what I wanted to achieve for myself and transformed how I started to view what I was learning at school. I want to help students realise this point to enable them to think more broadly about what it is that they want to do for their career and see how that transforms the way they approach learning.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

In my current role as a manager at a global consulting firm, I manage several staff with varying competencies and capabilities, and it is my responsibility to support them through their developmental plans. This involves investing time and effort to truly understand their strengths and weaknesses and developing a roadmap to achieve their goals.
