Seeing students discover that they have so much capability and capacity than they previously thought they had.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

I believe a tutor should be able to clearly communicate the fundamentals of a subject in simple terms to ensure the student can build on their knowledge. I believe this also increases the chances that the student will actually want to learn and improve more than they did before. Understanding any problems the student is facing with subject is also important as larger classroom settings don't always allow a teacher to pay the required attention on a specific student.
