And I think that always has been a skill of mine especially in the field of industry that I am in.Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
Teach them and help them understand. I remember some of my school years being 'superficial'. It was more about grades than anything In recent years I have studied in New York and I have studied Shakespeare with UK experts. And I remember disliking those subjects at Highschool And I look back and realise what was missing in those High School years. In my belief, learning is a holistic, it's not just a pen and paper job.
