What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

As a tutor I enjoy building new relationships with children as it's important to support and encourage them at a young age so that they can pursue their dreams and understand their strengths and weaknesses. I personally gain satisfaction when I see my students make an effort to achieve what they want and when they reach success and growth. I also find tutoring to be an interesting profession as it is not only about sharing knowledge in one way process, but it goes both ways. There's so much to learn from young minds today.
