What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
For me, the satisfaction of a student finally getting a concept right is what motivates me. To be able to make a difference so that they will not make the same mistake in that area again. I also like the energy that younger students have, the curiosity to understand how the world works. Though sometimes it can be a bit overwhelming with a classroom full of them.My Strengths as Tutor 💪
I think one of my biggest strengths as a teacher is being able to utilize my visualization skills and use the board as a helping tool. Instead of sitting down, pointing and verbally explaining a concept to a student, I can let the student volunteer to come up and write or draw the answer. This will motivate the student to participate and also help them remember it better.Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
To me, personal connection and being energetic to the student is pretty important. Sometimes, they might had a long day at school and feel unmotivated and uninterested to learn. I am there to provide a creative and interesting way to learn. Also, identifying a student's weakness instead of practicing on a strength is significant too.
