What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I love sharing my knowledge with young minds. Also I learn something every day as a tutor For an example if a student struggles to understand a concept I should identify different methods to explain it. Also I enjoy making a positive difference in students. More over being a tutor allows me to interact with variety of students, I get a chance to learn about other cultures and individuals

My strengths include the fact, I am a strong organiser and a planner. I have an in-depth knowledge of my subject and a flexible and adoptable style of teaching. Other strength include my strong communication skills,my friendly and professional style of tutoring and the fact I always take responsibility for my own continues professional development.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

As a tutor I should demonstrate clear and conceptual explanations to students. Also I should identify and address mistakes and misconceptions in a timely manner. Moreover I need to adopt my teaching style according to the students educational needs because every student has a different learning style and pace and I believe it is important to post assess the students to reflect if they understand the concept. Further more encouraging student independence and growth mindset are key things a tutor can do for a student.
