What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

Ever since middle school, my schoolmates have always turned to me whenever they need help with their math homework due to my excellent grades. Due to that, I have developed a love for teaching and extending my knowledge onto other people. I feel content when I see them grow and make genuine progress. I see it as my way of giving back to my community.

I am flexible with my approach, in a sense that I can tailor my style of teaching according to my students' abilities and personalities. As a fresh high school graduate, I am able to put myself in their shoes and understand their concerns better. I am also great at breaking down rather complex concepts into bite-sized, digestible ideas.

The most important thing a tutor can do for a student is to be their personal guide and mentor. Oftentimes, students find it hard to comprehend lessons taught within a school setting. Some need one-on-one interactions with a teacher to truly learn. A personal tutor can greatly boost a student's confidence and motivate them to keep pushing forward.
