What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
I believe tutoring is not just about educating students and help them pass their exams. It should predominantly also be about explaining things in a simpler fashion that allows them to remember even the most basic things as they grow old, since many forget a mere handful of educational knowledge with the passage of time and advancements in their life.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
Being a tutor, I will not restrict my job just to teaching in the given time; ask for doubts and then leave. I believe in a socializing base akin to "getting to know the students better" - like their strengths, weaknesses, and also create an interactive relation with guardians/parents hence giving them performance feedbacks and extra advices in real time. I strive to make my classes fun and make content learning in a pristine way. My outgoing personality and the ability to keep students engaged would be a very accomplishing feat.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
As said earlier, a tutor is not someone with a "rat-race" kind of approach to learning with zero engaging feats. The most important thing is being keen on motivation. Since I plan teaching students from a primary to higher level each level would require motivation in a very different way. For e.g. engaging primary level students with a minor "work-play" approach would motivate them to work more effectively. Moreover, a tutor should be most accessible when a student needs them and be able to at least give the most practical assistance, providing both qualifying and quantifying impact.
