What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I have always been a passionate student, so being a tutor allows me to share my love for learning and school with others. Additionally, tutoring gives me the opportunity to work closely with students on an individual level, and witnessing students' growth and 'aha' moments when they understand a concept brings me immense joy. Building meaningful relationships with students and providing guidance and mentorship is also incredibly rewarding.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

First, I have a genuine love for education so I am very passionate about trying to share this with students and motivating them to want to do well. Secondly, I am very patient with younger peers and have had lots of leadership experience in school as well as coaching younger children and teenagers in sports. Finally, I am extremely organised, which would help me manage students but I could also share these skills with students for their benefit.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

I think the ability to listen to the needs of each student to tailor your methods to them is vital in maximising their success. In the same vein, I think it is important to provide students with learning strategies that they can approach problems with in the future, to help build their toolbox, rather than approaching each new assignment or problem individually.
