She enjoyed working with the fake money. She was able to use them to work out correct change to give me back when we role played a shop scenario. I thought this was good as Marley is very black and white, very straight with things and does do much with pretend or role playing. But she did today. She owned a shop and I bought imaginary things with my fake money, she pretended to give me the items and then change for them.
Like most things, practice will help her remember to do things, eg using the fake money. Overall she enjoyed the task/lesson and we will do it again to ensure she can remember and get more regular with money.
Marley was able to discern consonants and vowels with her own name as well as metaphor and similes examples.

A bit for her to learn but hoping repetitive teaching on these will stick.
Marley seems to be typing quicker on the keyboard, finding the letters easier. Its a way to teach her spelling as she types.

Reading writing and typing practice will help. Today her nanna told me that Marley wrote a short story about a haunted house and it made sense and I'm hopeful she is enjoying her tutoring, getting more confidence with her learning and advancing even at a slow steady pace.
