What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

The thing i enjoy the most about tutoring is making someone capable of doing something. I have been through a lot of tutors and ive stuck around with only a few. Those tutors have given me skills that have considerably helped me gain an upper hand in today’s world. Its not only the joy watching someone progress and learn, its about the joy when the student finally grasps something you want to convey. I think while tutoring you also tutoring yourself to build effective communication skills and learn to cultivate a positive environment even when you are on a low.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I think my biggest strength as a tutor would be the ability to relate what we are learning to everyday things and making learning a lot easier. I have also been complimented a lot on my patience which i believe is a key factor for a tutor as a tutor cannon be impatient while teaching something. A tutor builds pillars of basic understanding and if they tilted even a but in the wrong direction, the whole building is at a risk of falling apart.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

If im talking from my point of view, i think personalised attention would top my list of what a tutor can do for a student. In a class of 30 students, there might be a shy child not able to grasp concepts like the other students and might be shy to admit it due to peer pressure. It is the tutor’s job to make sure each and every child of his class gets to be a part of the the learning experience and grasp even the most easiest concept. Moreover, a tutor needs to motivate students and act as a role model to boost their confidence.
