What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I enjoy getting to know my students and what interests them. It lets me make my lessons more fun and interesting, so that students are more excited for interacting with the material. It creates an incredible positive feedback loop where both of us are putting in effort to develop each other.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

I think positive feedback is the most powerful tool a tutor can use. When a student is learning a new subject it can often be disheartening and unclear whether they can actually get through it. If you can assure them that they're on the right track, that anxiety starts to fade away, and they start wondering "okay, so I'm doing alright. Maybe I have the time and skill to do better?"
