What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

The most interesting aspect about tutoring for me is that it allows me to enhance my own understanding of the subject matter and then sharpen my communication skills. Moreover, I enjoy sharing my expertise and seeing my students grasp new concepts and gain confidence in their abilities.

One of the strengths that I am proud as a tutor would be adaptability and flexibility. I believe each student has different learning styles and needs and a good tutor is who is adaptable and adjust their teaching methods to suit the individual student. Also, I am attentive listeners and like to engage with students, asking questions to gauge their understanding and provide timely feedback.

The most important thing a tutor can do for a student is to always motivate and inspire them to overcome obstacles and believe in their own potential. The other thing one can do is to develop a positive learning environment that fosters a growth mindset by keeping track of the student progress and planning for structured lesson plans.
