Even if they've started out well, tackled science in lower grades with a good attitude, even if they've made a switch to Year 11 Chemistry easily, more often than not students hit a wall when it comes to Year 12 chemistry. This is when they need all the support they can get.
If you've already thought about tutoring and are looking for someone local, a chemistry tutor in Westcourt, we can help.
We are working with local tutors who can assist your child through high school chemistry. Whatever it is, be it going from inorganic to organic chemistry or simply being asked to understand experiments when they still don't have a grasp of the necessary basics. Tutoring may well be the best way to bridge the gap, especially when it's done right.
This is what we offer.
Conveniently, in your home or anywhere else, you choose the time and place. There are no hidden fees, just a simple hourly rate, and if the first lesson isn't what you've hoped for we won't charge you. Instead, we look for another chemistry tutor in Westcourt who is a better match and more than happy to help.

The proof is always in the action, to get an idea of how tutoring works in practice check out some feedback from tutors. Typically tutors focus on strategies needed to make progress, what's going well and what needs improvement. Of course, every tutor has their own unique style that is tailored to your child's specific needs.
Although talking aloud and back-checking need improvement, pen to paper is close to satisfactory. Student is not defensive. He realises we should work harder but I think student finds Mathematics, at the year 11 level, just too hard.
He needs to prioritise work over whatever he does in his 'spare' time. If he puts in the same amount of effort with his own homework (when I'm not there) as he does when I'm present I'm sure he will notice an improvement.
Annabelle has started to memorize her times table, but it is something she will need to keep improving by practicing her times table regularly. Annabelle can do the maths questions while I'm there, but she makes mistakes when she does the same questions on her own. I believe she does not check her past work or notes to ensure she is doing the questions right. she just needs to be more organise so that she can check her past work and notes.

Michelle has been great with Shanique and is very easy to communicate with. Shanique has mentioned she's understanding the benefits of a tutor as she was a little apprehensive at first. They are settling in well.
Here is our feedback on Linh. - Hyper-reliable. Always on time, always communicated plans. - Motivated Joshua - Joshua came home from the Tut sessions feeling great. - Clearly, put in prep work, and had revision sheets and questions ready for Joshua. - Answered Joshua's problematic questions. - Great engagement with parents.
We have been very happy with Pat. Harriet has definitely progressed well in her maths under Pats tutoring.
