Every parent wants to know their child's education is in good hands. Your child might rarely ask for help, or they might need a bit of a push here and there. Either way, once they need help it can get a bit overwhelming finding the right support. That goes double for science subjects. Physics is tricky - the demands are getting increasingly complex. That goes double for science subjects. Physics is tricky - the demands are getting increasingly complex. On top of that, you want to know that the person guiding your child through the content, is also someone your child can rely on.
Not all parents know what to look for in a tutor. Not all parents have the time.
That's where we can help.
We provide one-on-one physics tutoring in Abbotsford. All we need is to have a chat so we can figure out what kind of support your child needs.
A good tutor observes how a student learns, offers encouragement and shows them how to stay on task. A good tutor also knows when to step back. That way, in the end, students not only get the grades they want, but they also become independent learners.
That is what the tutors we work with aim for - students standing on their own two feet.
So what's next?
Once you reach out to us we set up the first lesson with a local Abbotsford physics tutor. You pay a simple hourly fee.
The first lesson comes with a money-back guarantee to make sure you are completely happy with the match.
As simple as that.

The proof is always in the action, to get an idea of how tutoring works in practice check out some feedback from tutors. Typically tutors focus on strategies needed to make progress, what's going well and what needs improvement. Of course, every tutor has their own unique style that is tailored to your child's specific needs.
I feel Maegan does want to improve but does not quite know how to achieve this. I will keep working with Maegan and continue to impart invaluable study techniques such as talking aloud, back checking and pen to paper. Hopefully she will adopt these techniques and they will become second nature. Maegan should also stop second guessing herself (go with her gut feeling) and have more confidence in the work she does as she is very capable.
Trying genuinely hard to improve. Easy to talk to. Puts in a good effort. Doing well in both 2unit and Extension Mathematics. Works pretty hard during sessions. Probably should work a little harder at home particularly going into year 12.
Areas she needs to improve in are: geometry, simultaneous equations and worded equations. She also needs to improve with how she performs under test conditions. Maegan has some difficulty with some topics in math, such as geometry, worded problems, simultaneous equations and sequences. She also needs some guidance when it comes to structuring and writing an essay.
We were very impressed with Jane, hopefully Saturdays are locked in each week to continue with tutoring.
Riley is extremely happy with Andre. My son tells me "this guy's great ! Every time I call him because I have a question, he answers !" So thank you.
Sam Timbrell has worked out very well for Gabby RE Math Tutoring so far. He is patient, explains things well, and he makes certain Gabby is not confused before moving on to the next issue. He is on time, courteous and has provided extra work and work sheets as needed and appropriate.
