It's pretty straightforward, to master a subject, students need to be challenged and that means struggling from time to time.
As your child moves up the curriculum you might have already thought about offering additional support. You might have even looked for physics tutoring in Alphington or somewhere close so you can easily fit it into your busy schedule. But you might have also been unsure what to look for.
This is what we do best. This is where we can help.
All we need is to have a chat with you and we can start looking for a suitable tutor who can support your child's academic progress.
Every student learns in their own way and at their own specific pace. Once we know a little bit more about the student we can find a great tutor who'd really click with your child.
Once you reach out to us we can allocate a local Alphington physics tutor within a day or two. They set up the first lesson whenever you and your child can make it.
If you like the tutor's approach you keep working with them. You are not completely happy with the match? No worries, it happens sometimes. We consider it a trial lesson and find a better match.

The proof is always in the action, to get an idea of how tutoring works in practice check out some feedback from tutors. Typically tutors focus on strategies needed to make progress, what's going well and what needs improvement. Of course, every tutor has their own unique style that is tailored to your child's specific needs.
Zoe has a positive attitude to her work and applies learn strategies effectively. She avoids lazy thinking and is often willing to try her best to jump to a solution to a question. Zoe often jumps to answers that are wrong and while her method of solving problems is often correct, we will work on back checking to try to help her narrow down how to check if a solution is correct.
stubborn, over confident, mental calculations only, talks ill about his school teacher Disinterested tried some examples using tutor materials. Not using pen and paper and proper steps to arrive at answers. poor
Some of the more abstract questions. The tip to understanding these, and proofs is just to do lots of them so that whatever question they give you in the exam, you have previously done a similar question. None that I can think of

We love Jennifer and she is the perfect match for Kittu. Already she has noticeably improved her confidence.
Freya and Lidia get on really well, Lidia is gentle, firm and positive all at the same time which works well for Freya. Freya's confidence is growing already and she did better in her last weekly maths test than she usually does which was a boost for her confidence.
