Take a few minutes to skim through our testimonials. You'll no doubt feel a sense of surprise. People's experience shows that tutoring does so much more than just boost grades. It changes lives. Like most parents you are probably looking for an English tutor to help your child with some specific goal or challenge. However, with the right tutor, you get so much more.
Once a student has the experience of progress and accomplishment they learn, and start to internalize, the idea "If I try, I can accomplish". This confidence often results in a performance improvement across all subjects, not just English and starts a student on the cycle of success. It's addictive too! Having a sense of confidence in one's own abilities is so rewarding!
We'll provide an English tutor in Agnes Banks or any other location that works for you. Tell us where works. Tell us when works. Tell us any specific requests. We'll do the rest.
Give us a quick buzz on 1300 312 354 and speak to one of our consultants. It should take them 10-15 minutes to get a brief understanding of your needs and availability. The next thing from there, a local Agnes Banks English tutor will contact you to organise the first lesson. Guess what else? The first lesson is a trial - so if you don't like it, you won't be charged.
The proof is always in the action, to get an idea of how tutoring works in practice check out some feedback from tutors. Typically tutors focus on strategies needed to make progress, what's going well and what needs improvement. Of course, every tutor has their own unique style that is tailored to your child's specific needs.
Mia's passion for learning has fuelled her drive to do well at school and the result has been impressive. Mia has adopted some creative learning techniques to retain the knowledge that she is acquiring both at school and in our sessions. Mia avoids lazy thinking and rule dependence and grows in confidence everyday. Currently, small errors in calculations are detracting from Mia's success, we are currently working to improve this.
The final session before we ended for the year was a poor representation as he was rather sick. He knows that he is easily distracted during sessions and works against it to try to stay focused. Effort out of sessions is always very good. In sessions it's also good, especially given he's working against distractions. He might be better off having some extra paper for doing rough notes as he appears to want to keep his work neat, at the cost of doing some working out to understand a problem more precisely.
Word problems and harder numeral and fraction questions are some areas she needs to improve in. More practice may be required for algebra. Careless mistakes. These will become less consistent so long as she continues to work out questions through paper, which will lower the chances of her making them, and to back-check so as to catch onto them earlier.
Louisa is very pleased with Stella. She is a very conscientious and capable tutor. Thank you!
Dianna has been happy so far with Amy's approach, methodology and personality. It's a bit early to expect any result with regards to her improvement. I'm sure with Amy's help, Dianna will be able to boost her confidence before the high school.
Ezymath made it very easy to sign up, get progress reports and find a great tutor. We were very happy with our tutor and would use the service again if we needed a maths tutor.
