Getting through 12 grades of school has its challenges. From actually passing exams to building intellectual independence to figuring out what to do after high school's over. Everyone can remember some of the hurdles that came up during the school years of their life. We have 10 English tutors in Angle Vale available to help your child overcome some of those hurdles. Private tutoring is all about a tailored approach, so whether your child needs to overcome some confidence issues, develop a study plan, prepare for exams or comprehend some specific trouble topics, we're here to help. And, what helps the most is having a good student-tutor fit, it's really a core ingredient that determines whether tutoring will help your child in the way you want.
So how does it all work?
The tutoring is done in your home at a time and day that is convenient. We want you to be super happy with your English tutor so the first lesson works as a trial: don't like it = don't pay for it. No extra charges, booking costs, cancellation fees, minimum requirements or anything of that sort. Pay for the tutoring time used at the end of each month based on a simple hourly rate. That's all!
The proof is always in the action, to get an idea of how tutoring works in practice check out some feedback from tutors. Typically tutors focus on strategies needed to make progress, what's going well and what needs improvement. Of course, every tutor has their own unique style that is tailored to your child's specific needs.
Anjelise is quite good at explaining her thinking to me. When I'm unsure, I ask another question and Anje would most likely be able to explain her point. When Anje made a mistake with her work, I would ask her to double check again and allow self-correction. When Anje is unsure of a task or number, she would always ask for clarification.
An inundated positive approach towards math and this can be reflected through his last exam. Great effort, both in homework and at classwork Organized and neat while writing, using techniques learned in class and in school to work out solutions
With the new topic/s Jack understood them relatively well before tutoring. I think tutoring has reinforced that knowledge and hopefully that can translate to problem solving questions. Mainly problem solving. Hopefully a greater understand of the topics will improve this.
Gabriele loves Monica and I will be looking at upping his tutorials to once a week after term 3. We are very happy. I have recommended your service to 4 of the parents of children in Gabriele's class. Unfortunately there has been a massive and noticeable drop in the teaching, motivation, and comprehension of mathematics for our class, but you have helped us immensely and I have passed this information on. Monica is a dream, and understands my son very well, and they have bonded quite quickly.
I am blown away by her expertise and professionalism as a tutor. I have had tutors before but never anyone as passionate. My daughter got so much out of her first session and Chloe was very informative with her feedback about my daughter. I have organised to book her twice a week as I am confident it will make a world of difference.
We are very happy, I have referred 3 families at this stage to you. I am impressed with how thorough Monica's lesson plans are, and how they move clearly from low order thinking to high order thinking in a fun way.
