It's pretty straightforward, to master a subject, students need to be challenged and that means struggling from time to time.
As your child moves up the curriculum you might have already thought about offering additional support. You might have even looked for physics tutoring in Bedford Park or somewhere close so you can easily fit it into your busy schedule. But you might have also been unsure what to look for.
This is what we do best. This is where we can help.
All we need is to have a chat with you and we can start looking for a suitable tutor who can support your child's academic progress.
Every student learns in their own way and at their own specific pace. Once we know a little bit more about the student we can find a great tutor who'd really click with your child.
Once you reach out to us we can allocate a local Bedford Park physics tutor within a day or two. They set up the first lesson whenever you and your child can make it.
If you like the tutor's approach you keep working with them. You are not completely happy with the match? No worries, it happens sometimes. We consider it a trial lesson and find a better match.

The proof is always in the action, to get an idea of how tutoring works in practice check out some feedback from tutors. Typically tutors focus on strategies needed to make progress, what's going well and what needs improvement. Of course, every tutor has their own unique style that is tailored to your child's specific needs.
Hailey was hesitant at the first lesson and attempted to do all the maths problems in her head. After lesson 1 she began putting pen to paper and making notes. She has begun solve all the problems with full written solutions that are neat and clear. Her confidence is building as she does more questions. However, she still needs to learn her rules e.g. multiplication tables to gain full confidence. She is able to talk out loud and check her work and which is evident from her worked problems
I really need him to put more effort by practising at home. Otherwise he is very enthusiastic during the class. He makes a lot of effort. But due to less practise he makes silly errors. Though his grasping ability is very strong. I expect him to work harder before his term test.
In research project, we discovered that Marika was nervous and inexperienced in reflective writing. I had anticipated that this might be the case, and we tackled the challenge together, as well as submitting many drafts to her teachers. In the end, I believe she produced some high quality work. -
It's all going very well. Billy really likes her and said she is clarifying a lot for him. I'm conscious that they are rushing through things at school so have told Mithra to take her time and not move on to new areas until she is satisfied he grasps it.
Monique is very happy. In just two lessons, she has found a huge difference. I commend Katy as Monique finds her very knowledgeable, friendly and easy going. I am pleased as I too can see the huge difference in Monique's confidence. Thank you for recommending Katy, she is a marvel.
All good so far. Lauren has said that she is coping better in Maths at School so that's a good start.
