It takes a lot to do well in biology. Moving up the curriculum can be a challenge and if students don't jump in with both feet it's easy to fall behind. Catching up while others move on to a completely different area can cause a serious drop in motivation. While most students manage to stay afloat and get the grades they want, it doesn't have to be such an uphill battle.

The proof is always in the action, to get an idea of how tutoring works in practice check out some feedback from tutors. Typically tutors focus on strategies needed to make progress, what's going well and what needs improvement. Of course, every tutor has their own unique style that is tailored to your child's specific needs.
Aiden has been progressing nicely throughout this months. He's a resilient student who accepts help readily. I've noticed that a lot of his mental processes are done in his head, and while I'm proud that he is confident enough to do so, I would still like him to question his methods out loud.
Perry has shown good effort and attitude in lessons. In one lesson he was very tired after staying up late to watch a sports game and didn't show good effort in that lesson. His work habits have been okay - completing homework usually but has once missed a homework task.
Indie's main problem area is his messy work. Other than that, he has done really well to understand concepts with confidence, even when his brother has been unable to do so. One concept, however, in limits of accuracy, has proven to be challenging for Indie to recall.
As far as I know, the tutoring is going well. They actually meet at Sydney University library as it is a handy meeting point for both of them and a good place for them to work. I believe that they have a good understanding between them but I will talk to Georgina again today after her lesson.
Andrew is a great tutor, always on time & he is a very polite young man. He is very good at explaining & teaching Georgia short cuts. They get on well which helps & she is happy learning maths.
We approached EzyMath Tutoring as our son missed out on quiet a lot of maths in year 4 due to illness. We were given James as our tutor and he did a great job in catching Daniel up on all he missed. We would recommend EzyMath tutoring for anyone wishing to assist their children in maths.
