Physics is such a vast area, it's easy to get lost. While a lot of the content can be simply memorised, which many students still do, physics also requires higher-order thinking. The proof is always in the action, to get an idea of how tutoring works in practice check out some feedback from tutors. Typically tutors focus on strategies needed to make progress, what's going well and what needs improvement. Of course, every tutor has their own unique style that is tailored to your child's specific needs.
Test and exam revision. Mason has a good understanding of the topics of Statistics and Geometry. He is a mature and diligent student and has excellent lateral thinking skills. I wish him well on his upcoming mid-year assessments.
Stephanie is a well mannered student when learning. She enjoys the questions and challenges that she comes across every lesson Stephanie always tries her best in each lesson but would be increased with more work being done outside of class. She has plenty of resources. Do your homework! If you have any questions you can always come to me.
Michaela focused more on her work this month, but she moves through problems quite slowly, and forgets things she has recently learnt. Michaela has issues with most multiplication past the basics and is also having trouble with division.
We find Stephen to be a fabulous tutor and of great assistance to David in maths!
I am very happy with Erin's progress, Cassie has been a great help and she communicates with Erin well , which has seen Erin progressing to a higher grade.
We could not be happier with MinJae as Adam's tutor!! Adam fist pumped the air after MinJae left last week (second session) and informed me he "absolutely loved" the session. He suits Adam perfectly and I often hear them laughing during the sessions. Adam was very comfortable with MinJae from the first session and we are truly grateful to have found him; he is polite, patient and generous with his time, not to mention extremely good at explaining mathematical processes. As a result Adam's understanding of maths has grown exponentially.
