Is your child struggling in school? Maybe the grades haven't started to plummet and there might be no big red flags yet, but you've noticed an overall shift, especially when it comes to science subjects.
Parents look for local Brandon Park physics tutors for help, but most are usually not sure what kind of support their child needs.
That's where we come in.
Physics is a tricky subject. It's one thing to understand a concept, but problems become impossibly complex pretty quickly. With difficult worded questions, for instance, it's not just about knowing the formulas, it's a whole leap in thinking as well.
Getting regular tutoring is a great way for students to really cement what they've quickly gone over in school. In order to excel at physics, students need to be able to navigate through details, but also analyse ideas in an appropriate way. With someone who's done it before by their side, it definitely feels less overwhelming.
The right tutor makes it easier to connect each individual dot and make the necessary leap to scientific thinking. We can match you with the right physics tutor in Brandon Park within a day or two. All we need is to have a quick chat to figure out what kind of support your child needs.
The first lesson comes as a free trial with a money-back guarantee and we charge a simple hourly rate, no other fees. As simple as that.

The proof is always in the action, to get an idea of how tutoring works in practice check out some feedback from tutors. Typically tutors focus on strategies needed to make progress, what's going well and what needs improvement. Of course, every tutor has their own unique style that is tailored to your child's specific needs.
Tayla has been adopting a few learning strategies this month such as talking aloud, self questioning and consistent format skills which I am quite happy about. She appears to be confident in attempting most of the division and fraction addition/subtraction questions given to her which is a good improvement to see.
Georgia is very curious and asks excellent questions, such as when, why and what does it mean when a function crosses an asymptote. I appreciate the effort Georgia has put into our lessons and math in general. She applies herself and seeks deeper understanding of problem formulas and methods. Georgia has good work habits, completing homework problems and applying herself during lessons. Although there can be distractions, Georgia is quick to get back on task.
Understanding of the differences between powers and roots improved. Ability to understand the required information from word problems will help boost confidence. This will be a new focus area for July. demonstrates ability to work through the homework using 'template' solutions but needs assistance in breaking down the requirements of some questions.
Sophie is responding to Rounak very well. Rounak is a great teacher and Sophie gets along well with him. We're all very happy!
It is going very well. Katie is a truly lovely person. Cassandra has responded well. It is going as well as it can. Cassandra is naturally avoidant of the subjects that she is being tutored in, currently with Katie we are doing one week on Maths and the following week on English and so on. Cassandra engages in the tutoring, and does seem to learn, despite her being sure that she doesn't need a tutor. My partner and myself are very busy at the moment and don't have time to tutor her ourselves, besides, she doesn't like to listen to us, whereas, she will sit beautifully with the tutor. So it really works in that way.
Thanks for your note. It seems to be off to s good start. We appreciate maths coaching and look forward to seeing Louisa and India work together.
