Year 11 and 12 Chemistry can be intimidating. Students need to learn heaps of content, be able to recognize reactions and analyse chemical systems. The number of concepts students need to master is overwhelming, and the workload only adds up as they move up the curriculum. If your child doesn't hit the ground running, if they don't develop adequate study habits it's easy to get swept away by the sheer number of demands.

If your child doesn't hit the ground running, if they don't develop adequate study habits it's easy to get swept away by the sheer number of demands.
Tutors we work with know that. They've been there. Being approached by a mentor rather than a teacher makes it easier for students to develop an appreciation for chemistry. That's what it comes down to - someone making sure your child doesn't give up.
For some students it's just passing a test, for others it's getting through HSC with flying colours, maybe even preparing for a career in STEM. Whatever the goal, we are there to support your child through it all.
So what's the next step?
Give us a call and we will organise a chemistry tutor in Camden Park to come to your home for one-on-one tutoring, at a time that works for you and your child.
We allocate local Camden Park chemistry tutors so scheduling is never an issue. Changed your mind or need to postpone the lesson? No worries, there are no cancellation costs.
On top of that, the first lesson is a trial so if you don't like the tutor we'll find someone else who is better suited.

The proof is always in the action, to get an idea of how tutoring works in practice check out some feedback from tutors. Typically tutors focus on strategies needed to make progress, what's going well and what needs improvement. Of course, every tutor has their own unique style that is tailored to your child's specific needs.
Mia's confidence in her own ability has gone from strength to strength. We are practising some more advanced learning skills in preparation for Year 7. We are working on Mia taking her own notes so that she may refer back to them to aid her learning.
Good but spends a bit of time looking at watch Starting to say that I just guessed that a bit too often but we will work though that issue Does try pretty hard but room for improvement, can drift off in lesson and lose time when not understanding a very simple question Yet to see any notes from school so unable to comment but general working through questions when putting pen to paper is very messy Starts randomly guessing an answer instead of thinking first. Loses paperwork from time to time
I have found no significant gaps. Emily often struggles with integrating knowledge from previous course sections into the current section. This is a common problem and often occurs when math is taught in small discrete chunks. I am continuing to work through this with her, and explaining how it is important, and will become easier with practice.
We undertook tutoring with EzyMaths to assist my son in his Year 12 studies. We have found EzyMaths tutors excellent to deal with, always friendly, efficient and on time, and always willing to fit in with our personal timetable, and I am sure they have made a vast difference to the possible outcome and assisted my son for his future endeavours. I would recommend EzyMaths to anyone in a similar situation. They cater for all needs and I have found them to be of great benefit to my son and us.
I found Ezy Math is very supportive of their tutors. There are fortnightly feedback forms that make sure you're going okay with everything while tutoring. The company does supply you with teaching resources that you may need and offers to teach students are always incoming. Tutoring will definitely develop your communication and skills in dealing with people. I highly recommend other tutors to take a look at Ezy Math.
We are very pleased how things are going with Megan and her tutor Swati. Swati is always punctual, she is very knowledgeable, she has excellent manners in tutoring & in general, and she is helping a lot already in building confidence in Megan abilities to understand maths for this year. Megan is comfortable and at ease to ask any questions when needed during the tuition.
