Learning science is full of twists and turns. It's about making embarrassing mistakes, overcoming setbacks and chasing those exhilarating aha moments. If they want to achieve great results students need to put in the time, but they also need to learn at a quicker pace - a learning pace that might not be completely comfortable to them. Some students get to the finish line quicker and some students struggle along the way.

This is exactly when they can benefit from guided learning the most.
We work with great physics tutors in Camellia who can support your child's academic progress. There's always a test or quiz around the corner and with a great tutor guiding them, students tend to feel less overwhelmed.
Tutors are also great role models. It's all about the connection they make with the student. We've found that when a tutor and a child click - that's when learning happens.
That is exactly what we look for in a tutor, someone attuned to the specific needs of your child.
All we need is to have a quick chat with you. We organise a tutor to come to your home for one-on-one tutoring, at a time that works for you and your child.
You pay a simple hourly rate. And if it happens that you are not completely happy with the tutor, we consider the first lesson a free trial. Then we keep looking for a better match.
Sounds good so far? We can start looking for a local physics tutor in Camellia right away!

The proof is always in the action, to get an idea of how tutoring works in practice check out some feedback from tutors. Typically tutors focus on strategies needed to make progress, what's going well and what needs improvement. Of course, every tutor has their own unique style that is tailored to your child's specific needs.
Siennas use of techniques has already improved. Learning pen to paper techniques has given her some new skills which allow her work out more complex problems. Her use of other techniques such as back checking, good corrections, avoid rule dependence and avoid lazy thinking are also well developed though these are skills she already had prior to tutoring.
Ashley's attitude in the tutoring sessions is still very positive and I can see she tries her hardest. Sometimes, all the homework does not get complete and is not set out well (the question and its details is omitted). I would recommend getting a book just for my tutoring sessions so that revision will be more effective and structured.
The biggest challenge for Hannah is translating her strong question skills from her homework to assessments. So far her test scores have not been quite reflecting her understanding of the chem content she demonstrates in our lessons. We'll need to address this together over the next term
Yes l am happy and Sofia seems happy with Simone which is great. Simone is giving her homework to do and yes Sofia is doing it without any pushing from me :)
Stephen has found Adam really good with his tutoring and he feels he is getting good value from he time spent with him. He explains things well in a way that Stephen can understand. This is working well for us. Thanks
Steven is enjoying his tutoring and is very comfortable with Robert. It's still early to tell, but Steven's confidence in Maths has definitely been lifted! Thank you
