Does your child need help with physics?
Maybe they need an extra push to reach that grade or they want to go from keeping up to excelling at science. Whatever the reason, we can match you with the right local Cammeray physics tutors who understand your child's needs and knows how to get them where they want to be.
Most students start out interested in physics and perform fairly well on tests. But once the concepts become more and more complex most parents notice a change. It's when students start believing they don't "have what it takes" and their self-confidence starts to plummet.
Parents usually try to intervene, remind their child that geniuses are not born, that they work hard and face obstacles like anyone else, and for some students, that's enough. Others, however, need more support.
That's where we step in!
We find tutors and organise one-on-one physics tutoring in Cammeray, at your home or any other place that works for you. We work around your schedule.
When it comes to payment we like to keep it simple. You pay a simple hourly rate, no extra or hidden fees.
And what if, for whatever reason, the perfect match doesn't happen on the first try? That's completely fine, it happens!
In case you are not completely happy with the first lesson, it comes as a free trial. We simply keep looking for another tutor, someone better suited to help your child.

The proof is always in the action, to get an idea of how tutoring works in practice check out some feedback from tutors. Typically tutors focus on strategies needed to make progress, what's going well and what needs improvement. Of course, every tutor has their own unique style that is tailored to your child's specific needs.
Tilda is great at talking aloud and asking questions as she works through her questions. She always knows when she has an issue and needs help. Her formatting of her work is improving but could still use some work. She did say that she doesn't really use the summaries that she was making for maths. She should try and make the summaries more helpful for herself to better assist her studying.
Tom is very hard working and committed to anything I put in front of him, but his interest is dependent on how well he thinks he can do in the task, and if it's too hard he'll feign being tired or bored.
Chanel has gaps in some areas from the previous years. I noticed that when solving online quizzes on her school portal. The quizzes where on different areas that should be a previous knowledge. Mainly, we need to work more on geometric problems (equal and similar triangles, Pythagoras theorem), and on solving algebraic expressions.
We've had 2 sessions with Hyolie and I find her very knowledgeable and organised. My daughter is comfortable with her, so far so good.
Zac is progressing well and is enjoying his tutoring with Emily. He has clicked with her and they seem to be working well together.
We really like Mark, his communication style really suits Remy, and he is able to work out what she needs very quickly. We would love to stay with him until the end of the year. They are a good match. Thank you
