What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

Tutoring is a two-way street, as such, not only the student learns but also the tutor. What I enjoy most of tutoring is learning about new people, you get in touch with different points of view and diverse cultures helping me become a better person, much more integral, whole and comprehensive.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

As an Industrial Engineer mayor, I have a solid numeric base which I identify as a strength to start building from. I have good communication skills and consider myself a people person, which I identify as important strength when trying to teach, otherwise getting the message through will be difficult, you need to be able to communicate effectively and allow yourself to be understood. Finally experience. with 36 years old I have worked in different environments and held different jobs positions and this allows me to tie whatever I am tutoring with the real world.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

Facilitate the comprehension of the concepts studied, a tutor is not there to do the homework by himself but rather to show a better way to do it and to provide help in understanding the concepts needed to carry out a homework or while studying for an exam. Very closely tied to this is the building of the student, edifying the student if you rather, help the student build confidence in himself. Finally, tieing the studied concepts with real-life examples is also important as it helps the student to have a better picture of the concepts studied.
