Most students approach learning biology like any other subject. They know the basics, what to do and what to avoid, and truth be told, in most cases it's enough to pass the tests. Science subjects, and especially biology, can be tricky though. More often than not, students will need a push - just a little bit of guidance to get the most out of their learning. Science subjects, and especially biology, can be tricky though. More often than not, students will need a push - just a little bit of guidance to get the most out of their learning.
We work with many Cannington biology tutors and most have a story or two about student hiccups. Sometimes it's silly mistakes and other times just a lack of consistency - simple details that could have saved them time and energy. Never skip your lab notes! tutors find themselves reminding students over and over. Yet most tend to forget them.
Tutors we work with are there to help out with homework, revising, getting ahead or solving advanced problems - whatever your child needs. And they are available within a day or two. All we need to get things started is to have a chat with you.
We figure out what kind of support your child needs and organise one-on-one biology tutoring in Cannington. On top of that, we keep things simple and convenient. There are no extra fees or hidden charges, just a simple hourly rate.
Last but not least, to make sure you and your child really like the tutor - the first lesson comes as a free trial and with a money-back guarantee.

The proof is always in the action, to get an idea of how tutoring works in practice check out some feedback from tutors. Typically tutors focus on strategies needed to make progress, what's going well and what needs improvement. Of course, every tutor has their own unique style that is tailored to your child's specific needs.
Harrison continues to excel at talking aloud which greatly aids in understanding his thought process. He is comfortable making mistakes, however struggles at identifying them in the first place, whether they are simple mental maths errors or more complex mistakes. I find that he does remember concepts from past topics when prompted, however work will need to be done to make these more second nature.
During class Eleanor is positive and is happy to learn. I try to bond over events that are happening at school/ weekend to keep her engaged from week to week. i have also been bringing stickers to reward Eleanor's good work throughout the class.
He still has some trouble remembering things once we've moved on from them, specifically when converting between different units of measurement. He did well when we originally went through them, but apparently forgot by the time it came to the test.

All good! Boys very happy with Josh. He has certainly helped their confidence and that is the start to better marks.
Yes Daisy is a good tutor and seems to work great with the younger children. I was very happy with her for David.
I've not actually met Tevita myself but both Ashleigh and my husband Adam have nothing but good things to say about him. Ashleigh is very happy with his tutoring so far and seems to have a better understanding of the maths subjects she is doing.
