Learning science is full of twists and turns. It's about making embarrassing mistakes, overcoming setbacks and chasing those exhilarating aha moments. If they want to achieve great results students need to put in the time, but they also need to learn at a quicker pace - a learning pace that might not be completely comfortable to them. Some students get to the finish line quicker and some students struggle along the way.

This is exactly when they can benefit from guided learning the most.
We work with great physics tutors in Carnegie who can support your child's academic progress. There's always a test or quiz around the corner and with a great tutor guiding them, students tend to feel less overwhelmed.
Tutors are also great role models. It's all about the connection they make with the student. We've found that when a tutor and a child click - that's when learning happens.
That is exactly what we look for in a tutor, someone attuned to the specific needs of your child.
All we need is to have a quick chat with you. We organise a tutor to come to your home for one-on-one tutoring, at a time that works for you and your child.
You pay a simple hourly rate. And if it happens that you are not completely happy with the tutor, we consider the first lesson a free trial. Then we keep looking for a better match.
Sounds good so far? We can start looking for a local physics tutor in Carnegie right away!

The proof is always in the action, to get an idea of how tutoring works in practice check out some feedback from tutors. Typically tutors focus on strategies needed to make progress, what's going well and what needs improvement. Of course, every tutor has their own unique style that is tailored to your child's specific needs.
Catherine is becoming a more independent learner, which is wonderful. We need to keep working and re-inforcing her backchecking her work, which is a habit that will form with time and repetition. She should also begin to check the back of the book and correct her work and try to understand where she went wrong when completing homework. Her confidence seems to be growing more and more, and I want to work to keep her enthusiasm for math.
As ever, Catherine has an exceptionally positive and enthusiastic attitude towards her work. She is always keen to try her best and isn't hesitant to ask for further clarification if she doesn't understand something we have gone through, which is really important in the learning process. In regards to her setting out of problems, we are continuing to work on making her working out clear which will assist her in back-checking her answers which she is consciously trying to improve.
I would recommend constant revision of past topics of photosynthesis and cellular respiration, just because they are very content-heavy topics that require regular revision. The current topic is very interesting and fun and this can be seen by Britany's willingness to correlate theory to real life experiences and examples.
Aslinn is currently travelling along well. We have valued Jess's contribution to her reaching her goals in maths. If Aslinn needs further assistance we will have no hesitations in using your service.
My daughter progressed so well with the support of your tutor, Eliran and we think she is ready to work independently. Thank you for providing a great educational service. We will keep you in mind if we need your support for the future.
Gabriele loves Monica and I will be looking at upping his tutorials to once a week after term 3. We are very happy. I have recommended your service to 4 of the parents of children in Gabriele's class. Unfortunately there has been a massive and noticeable drop in the teaching, motivation, and comprehension of mathematics for our class, but you have helped us immensely and I have passed this information on. Monica is a dream, and understands my son very well, and they have bonded quite quickly.
