Physics is such a vast area, it's easy to get lost. While a lot of the content can be simply memorised, which many students still do, physics also requires higher-order thinking. The proof is always in the action, to get an idea of how tutoring works in practice check out some feedback from tutors. Typically tutors focus on strategies needed to make progress, what's going well and what needs improvement. Of course, every tutor has their own unique style that is tailored to your child's specific needs.
I encourage Ava to take notes, ask questions if she doesn't understand something, keep copies of the worksheets in a folder for reference and if she cant answer a question then she can leave it and i will show her how to work it out at the next lesson.
I am very pleased with Ayva's efforts and work habits. She is a very good listener who is not afraid to share her weak points as well as voicing her concerns when she doesn't understand a question or a certain concept. It's very encouraging to see her so prepared for every lesson with paper, tests, difficulties, questions, pencil case and a well organised folder with all the lesson material kept inside.
Mariah has many gaps in knowledge for her age group, including her times tables and division, as well as algebra. She has shown great improvement in addition and subtraction, and is slowly learning her times tables and understanding the concepts of division.
I am very pleased to provide feedback. Matthew has been outstanding, polite, punctual and an excellent tutor. He is an asset to your business and please pass on our commendation.
We have had a few lessons with Deanna and She seems to be very enthusiastic and keen to teach Catherine.
Steven has been a wonderful and patient tutor and has really helped Thomas with his confidence in Mathematics and we have been grateful for his assistance during this time. We have been impressed by both the tutor and Ezy Maths Tutoring Company for the personalised service and would not hesitate to contact you in the near future should we need assistance with any tutoring next year.
