Is your child struggling in school? Maybe the grades haven't started to plummet and there might be no big red flags yet, but you've noticed an overall shift, especially when it comes to science subjects. Parents look for local Champion Lakes physics tutors for help, but most are usually not sure what kind of support their child needs. That's where we come in.

That's where we come in.
Physics is a tricky subject. It's one thing to understand a concept, but problems become impossibly complex pretty quickly. With difficult worded questions, for instance, it's not just about knowing the formulas, it's a whole leap in thinking as well.
Getting regular tutoring is a great way for students to really cement what they've quickly gone over in school. In order to excel at physics, students need to be able to navigate through details, but also analyse ideas in an appropriate way. With someone who's done it before by their side, it definitely feels less overwhelming.
The right tutor makes it easier to connect each individual dot and make the necessary leap to scientific thinking. We can match you with the right physics tutor in Champion Lakes within a day or two. All we need is to have a quick chat to figure out what kind of support your child needs.
The first lesson comes as a free trial with a money-back guarantee and we charge a simple hourly rate, no other fees. As simple as that.

The proof is always in the action, to get an idea of how tutoring works in practice check out some feedback from tutors. Typically tutors focus on strategies needed to make progress, what's going well and what needs improvement. Of course, every tutor has their own unique style that is tailored to your child's specific needs.
Ailish's use of mathematical language and ideas is quite advanced. Her corrections to her work are excellent and she is good at self-diagnosing errors. Ailish also has quite a well developed number-sense and can readily identify when a solution 'doesn't seem right' and self-correct without prompting. I have been attempting to present Ailish with more challenging material since, in the context of her schoolwork, she seems well within her comfort zone.
At the beginning of lessons, Topaz seems to often not want to listen to the explanations I am giving her about how to solve questions. After she has had some time to warm up, she is happy to try all the work I set out for her and generally does it quite efficiently. I would like to see more effort at the beginning of the lessons, as it makes the first 5-10 minutes of the lesson very difficult.
This month most of the topics we covered Isabella had no issues with any particular areas. I provided a few harder questions that she could challenge herself with, although most of the sessions of tutoring were spent revising or getting ahead in maths.
We are very happy with Mouhannad. More importantly Lachlan thinks he's great. We thank you and Mouhannad
Jacob loved his first lesson with Nicholas and he can't wait til next week to do it again.
Nick explains the concepts well and has also given him extra work to help on the things he needs to practice.
