Most students approach learning biology like any other subject. They know the basics, what to do and what to avoid, and truth be told, in most cases it's enough to pass the tests. Science subjects, and especially biology, can be tricky though. More often than not, students will need a push - just a little bit of guidance to get the most out of their learning. Science subjects, and especially biology, can be tricky though. More often than not, students will need a push - just a little bit of guidance to get the most out of their learning.
We work with many Chelmer biology tutors and most have a story or two about student hiccups. Sometimes it's silly mistakes and other times just a lack of consistency - simple details that could have saved them time and energy. Never skip your lab notes! tutors find themselves reminding students over and over. Yet most tend to forget them.
Tutors we work with are there to help out with homework, revising, getting ahead or solving advanced problems - whatever your child needs. And they are available within a day or two. All we need to get things started is to have a chat with you.
We figure out what kind of support your child needs and organise one-on-one biology tutoring in Chelmer. On top of that, we keep things simple and convenient. There are no extra fees or hidden charges, just a simple hourly rate.
Last but not least, to make sure you and your child really like the tutor - the first lesson comes as a free trial and with a money-back guarantee.

The proof is always in the action, to get an idea of how tutoring works in practice check out some feedback from tutors. Typically tutors focus on strategies needed to make progress, what's going well and what needs improvement. Of course, every tutor has their own unique style that is tailored to your child's specific needs.
Will continue to work with Teannah's back checking of her work, to keep mistakes to a minimum. She is verbally explaining her reasoning to me with her understanding being apparent. She wants to fully understand the reasoning behind an equation, not just using them to get an answer, which is very important in succeeding in a math.
Priscilla continued to work hard going into her HSC exams. She continued to maintain her balance in her studies and complete a good amount of previous exams in preparation for her finals. She should be commended for this, as most students tend to drop-off at this point whereas Priscilla doubled down and continued to study, which I'm sure will give her the results she desires come December.
Finn often looks for a short cut instead of performing the tasks with the necessary mathematical rigour. This will put Finn at a disadvantage in future if he does not put in the effort now.

I thought you would like to know that Matilda got the highest mark in her class for her end of year Math exam 83%. We were so thrilled and it gave her a huge confidence boost! I would like to thank you and Erin and we look forward to continuing her tutoring next year.
I came to you because I wasn't satisfied with another tutoring company I had my son at. He has attention problems and was unable to grasp basic mathematical concepts. He couldn't add two numbers together if their total came to more than ten, he couldn't tell the time and knew none of his times tables. The other tutoring company tutored in a group and my son would zone out as soon as the tutor turned their attention to someone else. Their response to this was that he had to get used to distractions. I agree with this but not when I am paying $50 an hour. Your company has been fantastic. Your tutor researched children with attention problems before getting to know my son and used his interests to keep his attention. My son enjoys his tutoring sessions and now knows his times tables, can tell the time and perform complicated (grade 3) equations. It has been money well spent.
