Darcy only sometimes talks through her working out. Sometimes she lacks the confidence when it comes to areas she's not as familiar with. A lot of the time she just writes the answer and does the working out in her head. When she doesn't understand something she will ask me and we will work it out together.
Joanna is committed and driven as always. She is always on top of her classwork, willing to engage, and ask questions, which I encourage her to keep up. Over the months, her confidence in maths has greatly increased as well.
With the current topic involving line graphs, Grace seems to be doing fine in absorbing the new techniques. Other areas such as fractions and algebra do pop up from time to time though, so I would encourage her to revise those on a consistent basis.
James seems to be grasping what David is teaching him. He is very comfortable with David.
