Ideally tuition should be a simple and positive experience for everyone involved - that means students and parents and of course, tutors too! Private tutoring is popular because it works. What could be better than a tailored 1-on-1 approach where 100% of the instructor's time is spent understanding and helping the student? A good English tutor can be life-changing but unfortunately they can also be impossible to find. That's what we're here for! Currently we are working with 57 local English tutors...

The proof is always in the action, to get an idea of how tutoring works in practice check out some feedback from tutors. Typically tutors focus on strategies needed to make progress, what's going well and what needs improvement. Of course, every tutor has their own unique style that is tailored to your child's specific needs.
Lakshmi has been advised to consistently practice the pen and paper, talking aloud and back checking methods for her exam questions. The errors made in her trial exams are due to not reading the question carefully and more importantly, underlining keywords. Taking notes of given information in the question is also important.
Mary always has a great attitude and energy in lessons. She is keen to learn and grow but has fun in our lessons which makes them not only enjoyable but means she continues to be engage with our sessions. She has started to lag behind in completing homework (for example doing her spelling each evening) as she has indicated she didn't have time. I have highlighted that this is what high school will be like, and this will remain a focus in future lessons.
Zahli is very good at addition and multiplication for her age, but struggles with subtraction and division. These are areas that I will work on as she does more of them at school. The second lesson I had with Zahli we tried out some analogue time and she knew a lot by herself, but needed some guidance to 'set up' the question to make it more answerable. This is common in young children as they are still developing much of their problem solving abilities.

Abed is passionate about maths, and is very keen to teach his student, and ensure they are succeeding. He is an asset to Ezymaths.
Things are going really well. Kai enjoys Noah's tutoring. On his last math's assessment he received 80% in comparison to the one before which was 55%. I met with his math's school teacher and she has provided upcoming topics for Noah to discuss with Kai as well as 2 practice tests. Her feedback was positive too and constructive. If we stay on this path, I'm confident that it will prepare him well for the upcoming HSC.
