All students need to go from struggling to catching up is the right kind of help at the right moment. The same goes for students who are on top of their assignments but never quite excel at science.
Students reach the next level when they work with someone who understands their needs, who’s available and honestly cares about their goal. That kind of support goes a long way, especially with chemistry, as it tends to be elusive and hard to master.
In most cases, that kind of help isn't available at school. Teachers already have a full classroom to manage and are generally swamped with tasks. Maybe you've already thought of finding a local Riverstone chemistry tutor for your child, but you didn't know where to start and what to look out for.
We can help.
This is what we do. We organise one-on-one tutoring in your home, at a time that's most convenient for you. You choose what the tutor covers and how often they come. Not quite sure what your child needs to learn? No need to worry, we'll figure it out.
We charge a simple hourly fee and last but not least, in case you don't like the first lesson - we consider it a trial and match you with another chemistry tutor in Riverstone.
We've seen it time and time again, all it takes for a student to start trying again is that one aha moment.
The right tutor can get your child there.

The proof is always in the action, to get an idea of how tutoring works in practice check out some feedback from tutors. Typically tutors focus on strategies needed to make progress, what's going well and what needs improvement. Of course, every tutor has their own unique style that is tailored to your child's specific needs.
Victoria has made improvements on previously lacking learning strategies, however, there are still a few issues surrounding her ability to quickly remember past topics and knowledge. Victoria should also understand that there is no real pressure to correctly answer all questions during the tuition and it is alright to be incorrect as long as she understands why the answer may have been wrong and how to avoid thinking the same way in the future.
As with every month, Abyan's attitude is great during his lessons and he is always polite and enthusiastic to learn new concepts and skills. Abyan always puts a decent amount of effort into his work which he should be praised for. His work habits are great - always completing the set tasks over the following week to the best of his ability.
This month was mainly exam revision. I feel as if Ryan has made great progress but a little more work on the understanding of the greater picture would be very beneficial. Understanding the equations used, because it isn't as easy as just putting the numbers in sometimes. This will come from reading the questions better so I have been working on that understanding.

Thank you for your assistance with the 2 sessions my son had with Christina. Christine was very punctual, organised and knew Yr 7 Math, and revision skills very well, and additionally was also a very patient and knowledgeable tutor.
Sean has been a blessing, firstly gaining James trust and allowing him to open up in a safe environment and confront his difficulty with Maths, and then by showing him that math has practical uses and that there is nothing to fear. Without Sean's guidance James would not have progressed so far this year, and we are truly grateful. I wish Sean all the best with his studies and what I am sure will be a successful career.
Corey is enjoying his tutoring with Lital she motivates him and visually works with materials for him which seems to be working. He has only had 3 sessions so over time hoping to see some success.
