We've found that students often need both help with the content and guidance with study strategies in general. High school biology gives students a glimpse of a vast interconnected universe of life on Earth. It can be quite exciting, and in most cases, it's why students choose the subject in the first place. However, as tasks start to pile up, students tend to get overwhelmed.
With so much on their plate, they tend to fall back on simple, but also extremely limited study strategies. It might seem like a no-brainer - memorisation won't take you far, but that's exactly what students fall back on when they get lost.
When that happens, finding someone to guide them can make or break the school year, and that's exactly where we can help.
What we do is match you with a biology tutor in Tremont within a day or two. All we need to get things started is to have a chat with you.
We figure out what kind of support your child needs and organise a one-on-one lesson at your home. There are no extra fees, just a simple hourly rate, and the first lesson comes with a money-back guarantee.
We can start looking for the right biology tutor right now.

The proof is always in the action, to get an idea of how tutoring works in practice check out some feedback from tutors. Typically tutors focus on strategies needed to make progress, what's going well and what needs improvement. Of course, every tutor has their own unique style that is tailored to your child's specific needs.
Talking aloud has helped Grace avoid skipping steps in equations - this used to happen a lot because she would work through problems in her head and make silly errors along the way. Putting pen to paper has also helped with this. Grace has improved a lot, and her confidence has too.
Very focussed. Impressive for a grade 2 student. Always concentrates, completes homework set Only one sessions as a bit distracted but always completes set work in the end A lot of effort. Homework completed. Knows what is going on in school and is very well presented Solid. Is up to date with school activity. I suspect that the parents are helping her outside of class. They seem very keen on improving her maths. It is rare for a grade 2 to be so prepared.
Improvements in working with finance, but do be careful with percentages. Clarify what the question is looking for, otherwise we might be comparing the wrong things. In general, work is well done. Keep practising with past papers, preferably from back to front, to iron out any other difficulties.

Thank you for your follow up email. Yes it all seems to be going along fine with Ben. I think Cassie is finding helpful and slowly building her confidence again. She was quite a bit behind and struggling so I understand it will probably take a little while. She had a maths test last week which Ben appeared to provide a thorough preparation for her.
We have been very happy with Kancelot, Nathan seems to be taking to him very well and his influence has already shown improvement. Nath's confidence has already lifted somewhat, even though the results have not yet improved. It will take some time, we understand that and I think Nathan is on board with that as well.
Both Thomasine and Luke are liking Scott as well. He has always been on time and is very polite. Jonathan and I can't believe our luck!
