What do I enjoy most about tutoring? π
Helping my students to learn and grow is the best feeling to me.
Once, I see them improving, it greatly motivates me to give more efforts for the students.
The best part is when you meet them after years, you feel proud that you taught them.
My Strengths as Tutor πͺ
My strength as a tutor is that I can be the students best friend, knowing him and the methods that could boost up his morale, maintain his schedule and better his development. In that way, I understand the student more and could help him better with his overall growth on the whole.
Also, I am extremely patient while tutoring. It all depends on the student. If he is good one or an average one, every feels comfortable with my methods.
Most important things I can do for a student π
The most important things that a tutor could do for a student is the identity and understand the psychology of the students.
It is not about helping them with assignments. Itβs all about making them understand it so that they can do it on your own.
The most important thing is not to spoon-feed anyone. Itβs all about making them understand the need for problem-solving skills. Making some capable is much more important that making someone dependent. This is what I believe a tutor could do for a student.
