What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
I find immense joy in working with children and exploring knowledge together. Through this journey, I get to witness students develop thinking skills and problem-solving abilities. When I see the students tackle questions independently after the guidance, the sense of accomplishment is truly fulfilling. It would also be a bonus if the students connects to me as their tutor or even their friend as a child's trust is the most precious feeling in the world.My Strengths as Tutor 💪
To begin with, I have a strong Mathematics foundation which I believe is sufficient to handle the courseworks of the students. More importantly, I have two brothers, aged 10 and 18, which I had learnt different ways to communicate and deal with them. I believe communication and knowing ways to deal with each individual is essential to impart knowledge. Having two brothers of different age range and previous experience as a primary school tutor gives me the ability to communicate with them.Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
I would say patience, a solid knowledge, and persistent is the most important things a tutor can do for a student. Solid knowledge goes without saying. Patience is to understand that each child is different and has distinct ways to teach. It is to give the children enough time to get close to you and open up to accepting your input.
