What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I would love to see a child improve in the same way I improved under the teachings of previous tutors. The beautiful feeling of sharing my knowledge to others is enriching and fulfilling, and working with children is fun and exciting.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

During my time in school, specifically in maths classes, I often assisted the students who sat on either side of me in lessons. They frequently commented on how clearly and patiently I explained the solution, leading me to believe that these are my strengths as a prospective tutor. My organisation and time management skills will ensure that I attend all sessions timely and with the correct materials. The "can do" attitude that resides within me makes me proactive and perseverant with clients and their needs.

A tutor can help build a child's confidence in their own abilities. They can inspire them to learn and can crucially create an environment of nurture and care. Most importantly, a tutor can encourage a love for learning that helps create the foundations of a successful student. By equipping students with the tools required to improve their abilities in certain disciplines, a precedent will be formed that students can defeat any problem areas they encounter in their studies. This attitude is essential to student life, and an exemplar to success.
