What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
I enjoy seeing people learn and grow to their fullest potential. I love helping people achieve their goals because it brings them joy, which thus brings me joy.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
I am a great listener. I'll listen to what my tutees need help with and I'll try my best to meet their needs - whether that is to explain a concept most simply, help them solve a Maths question, or be their moral support. I love to connect with people and am good at making them feel comfortable around me.
I am well organised and will always show up to the lessons with adequate resources (and my brain) to help my tutees as much as I can.
With a *scaled* study score of 43 in Mathematical Methods and 48 in Specialist Maths, I can help many students overcome their worst maths nightmares.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
I will be the student's moral support, their friend, and their listener. I will show understanding of what the students are experiencing, whether it's regarding school, social, or self. I will try my absolute best to help students overcome their academic struggles even though I might not know the answers to everything. It is important to remind students that the goal is not to be perfect but to improve.

Always note down the given information (e.g. gradients, coordinates, intercepts), then use it to find (1) the gradient and (2) the y-intercept.
