It is certainly a rewarding feeling when the person I am tutoring realizes, through my guidance, that they are capable of understanding the topic they once thought to be difficult.

My strength as a tutor is my patience and encouraging approach. I keep a calm and encouraging tone, I never use negative words such as "no" and "wrong", and I always find value in every student's effort and use their efforts to guide them into the correct path.

A tutor must be approachable and encourage the student to ask questions. By fostering an atmosphere of curiosity, the student will ask the right questions and exercise critical thinking, which is an important step in learning.
