I enjoy how tutoring both serves the student and the tutor. From my past experiences in tutoring voluntarily I got to learn a lot from the student about interacting with different people, adapting to different learning styles and generally learning new skills to give my best to each student. The most important thing a tutor can do for a student is provide a space for them to feel confident and able in what they can achieve.
