What do I enjoy most about tutoring? π
What I enjoy most about tutoring is seeing the improvement my students develop over time, I am always so proud of them when they are able to achieve their goals academically.
My Strengths as Tutor πͺ
My strengths as a tutor are that I am organised with my lessons, meaning that I will always look over the work and try to plan to the needs of the student where I see fit, I am also punctual as I prefer to arrive at my shifts early to ensure that I am a reliable person for my student. Another strength I have is that I am flexible, I can personalise every lesson catered to the students' needs, there would be little overlap in the way that I treat my students.
Most important things I can do for a student π
The most important things a tutor can do for a student is to keep a positive rapport with them, therefore the student would most likely feel comfortable with the tutor to provide them feedback and any concerns that they have for the tutor to cater to, and to provide positive reinforcement for the students so they are more likely to retain the information they have been taught and continue their behaviour if praised as well.
