I think my strengths as a tutor is being able to manipulate my words in different ways in order to help students understand complex concepts. - Nik needs to work on understanding the basic structure of an atom and spend time outside his tutoring session covering these concepts. - He also needs to practice focusing on his work and try not to get distracted about things happening around him. - Needs to try and understand the questions being asked and give an answer accordingly as he has a tendency to guess his way to the answer without a valid reason to back his answer.
Blake was able to apply basic concepts to the questions and perform quick arithmetics in his head which is a huge improvement from our first ever tutoring session.
